This is the place to get help with your Apollo devices, share what you are building, suggest new products and firmware features, and talk shop with other Apollo users. Apollo staff and a small team of volunteer moderators keep an eye on things. You are welcome to jump in.
Where to post
- Customer Support. Having trouble with a device? Start here. Pick the product tag (AIR-1, MSR-2, etc.) so we can find it, and include your firmware version plus what you have already tried.
- Feature Requests. Ideas for new products, firmware features, or integrations. One idea per thread. Tag with the product it applies to, or
all-productsif it spans the lineup. - Project Showcase. Built something cool? Pictures, videos, YAML snippets, 3D-printed enclosures, we want to see it.
- ESPHome Starter Kit. Build logs and beginner ESPHome questions around the starter kit.
- Supported Platforms. Home Assistant, ESPHome, and other platforms Apollo integrates with.
- General. Apollo-adjacent topics that do not fit elsewhere.
- Site Feedback. Meta discussion about the forum itself.
A few ground rules
- Be kind. No personal attacks, no brand bashing beyond honest feedback.
- One idea per Feature Requests thread, so votes and discussion stay focused.
- Please tag product support and feature requests with the right product tag. Mods will re-tag if needed.
- For hardware or shipping issues that need account access, email support@apolloautomation.com. The forum is not the fastest path for those.
