Pro-1 mmWave Sensor and Homey - no presence detected

Product: Rp Pro-1
Firmware version: 26.3.2.1
Platform: Homey

What’s happening:
Device not showing any presence or targets (moving or still)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Boot device
    2.Check on devices IP address
    3.No presence shown
4.Use HLK Radar App - shows a target (me)
  2. Tried using HomeAssistant all sensors show as unknown

What I’ve already tried:
Rebooted
Reset using RST button
still the same

on the webpage it shows in the lig

14:55:47

[W]

[ld2450:776]

Max command length exceeded; ignoring

about 12 times a second - so reading the log is hard

All thresholds set to 0% (presume that is maximum sensitivity)

Bothe LD2450 and LD2412 Bluetooth on
Can control light so know that it is responding to some commands

and HLK Radar works fine

Webpage doesn’t show presence either only HLK Radar App
I know I must be doing something wrong but what?

Thanks for reaching out - usually when the mmWave sensors are working properly via HLK app but then not working via home assistant/homey, then the easiest solution is to connect via hlk and click the “restore factory” button. That resets the mmWave sensor itself and usually gets it working again!

I had done that - no better.

However, I did have a look inside and noted that whilst I had ordered the 2412 sensor - it was never delivered - ordered a new one (at significant cost because of international delivery) and it now works via Homey, although I think it is only the 2412 working and not the 2450.

Thanks for following up - I believe we still do not fully support setting up the ld2450 zones in Homey yet, but we do have support for the ld2450 and ld2412 once they are configured. Can you confirm what is or isnt working inside homey? Are the ld2450 zones already configured via the hlk app as shown in this wiki?
