Hi, just a quick note. On my kit the USB cable seemed to be always ‘fliping’ the ESP board off the base so I added a cable tie as per the photo.
Could be a simple modification to your next batch.

The ESPHome C6 Board should press fit into the stand. We will check the tolerance at the workshop tomorrow.
