MTR-1 seems like the coolest choice. Dillan from The Stock Spot has a cool planter that I would be very keen to build. We are in the process of building our new house and one thing I am very keen to do better as I plan out the home automation in that build, is good presence in each room without it looking like random sensors visibly round the house. Having one now to tinker with will help get the plan together when it comes time to order a big lot. I like the idea of leveraging the UV/Lux for automated lighting that is less about just is someone and what time is it but rather is someone there and what are the currently lighting conditions/needs.
I just ordered an AIR-1 (after designing my own circuit to do the exact same thing before I realized someone had already made it xD I’d probably go with the multi-target radar sensor.
